Our Winter Workouts are a great way for players to stay connected to the game during the off-season while continuing to build confidence, strength, and skill in a supportive, all-girls environment.
What Are Winter Workouts?
Winter Workouts are indoor training sessions focused on helping players develop and refine their baseball fundamentals in a fun and positive atmosphere. Players will work on:
Throwing & catching mechanics
Fielding technique & positioning
Batting skills (including work off tees and pitching machines)
Base running & agility
Game awareness and teamwork
Workouts are led by experienced coaches who are passionate about building both skills and self-confidence in every athlete — from brand-new beginners to seasoned players.
When Do They Take Place?
Workouts typically run from November through to the start of the outdoor baseball season in the spring.
Sessions are held on Sunday afternoons from 4pm-6pm.

This indoor facility offers a safe, professional space for training — and there is a designated seating area for parents who would like to stay and watch.
Who Can Attend?
Winter Workouts are open to players in all age divisions (10U, 12U, and 14U). Whether your child is new to baseball or looking to sharpen advanced skills, these sessions are designed to meet them where they’re at and help them grow.
How to Join In
There is no formal registration for Winter Workouts. An email is sent out by Brantford Girls Baseball with session dates and details. Players are welcome to attend when they are available — no need to commit to every session.
